1. Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Meta Pay (Instagram/Facebook checkout).

  • In what currency will I be charged?
    All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Is it safe to pay on your website?
    Yes. Your payment details are protected with industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

  • When will I be charged for my order?
    You’ll be charged at the time of purchase. Orders are only processed and shipped once full payment has been received.

  • What should I do if my payment doesn’t go through?

2. Orders & Shipping

  • How long does it take to process my order?
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time depending on the design.

  • How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
    • USA: 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days
    Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.

  • Which carriers do you use?
    We partner with USPS, UPS, and DHL. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Bophaus is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

  • What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
    If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?
    Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Can I return custom or made-to-order items?
    No. Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
    Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review.

  • How long do refunds take?
    Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
