How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time depending on the design.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
USA: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.
Which carriers do you use? We partner with USPS, UPS, and DHL. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Bophaus is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit? If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Can I return custom or made-to-order items? No. Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review.
How long do refunds take? Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
